Dr. Sinehan Bayrak

Facial Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Sinehan Bayrak received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She subsequently matched into an otolaryngology and head and neck surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Here, she completed five years of specialty training focusing on surgeries for the head, face, and neck. During her residency, she was the recipient of multiple accolades including the Outstanding Resident Award for the University of Kansas Health System, the Excellence in Medical Student Teaching Award, the Debra Park Ph.D. Award for Resident Clinical Research, and the Jacquelyne Holdcraft, M.D. Award for Clinical Excellence.

After residency, Dr. Bayrak completed a highly-sought subspecialty fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. Edward Farrior, a world-renowned surgeon and past president of the American Academy for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This advanced training gave her the knowledge and skills needed to master the finesse of procedures such as rhinoplasty and deep-plane face lifting.

With over six years of experience focused on the delicate anatomy of the head, face, and neck, she specializes in advanced surgical techniques dedicated to optimizing the aesthetics of facial features. In addition to her formal education and technical training, Dr. Bayrak has been an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and The Triological Society. She has presented her research at numerous conferences hosted by these organizations.

While Dr. Bayrak's prestigious training and impressive accomplishments speak for themselves, she considers her abilities to personally connect with patients and provide individualized treatments her biggest strengths. In addition to these, her attentiveness to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care put her a cut above the rest.

Gail McArdle

Practice Manager

Like the Gemini that she is, Gail has had her hands in just about everything we do here. She's played the role of Administrative Assistant, Licensed Aesthetician and Patient Care Coordinator, so it seemed only naturally fitting that her next role be Practice Manager. She's a natural problem solver and loves finding ways to organize a messy space.

In her opinion her biggest accomplishments so far in her new role would be designing our new logo, hiring this rockstar staff, and being much funnier than Dr. Subbio.

Her love for Subbio Plastic Surgery runs deep and she is so happy for the opportunity to help our practice continue to grow and flourish.

Chelsea McSorley

Patient Care Coordinator

Chelsea is our patient care coordinator and has been alongside Dr. Subbio for the past 4 years. Her passion for caring for our patients started at the beginning of her career with us as Dr. Subbio's lead medical assistant. She has since managed to take that same passion and apply it throughout every step of our patients aesthetic journey. From consultation to post-op she makes sure to give her undivided attention and care. Her giant heart and fun loving nature allows her to create long lasting relationships with her patients. If you've ever met Chelsea, you know that she exudes enthusiasm as she guides patient's to discovering greater self confidence and quality of life.

Staci Kelly

Administrative Assistant

Staci is our administrative assistant and considers herself the resident office problem solver. There is no question she will leave unanswered/unresearched and loves to learn new things. Staci graduated from West Chester University in 2008 with a B.S. in Elementary Education, inspired by her love of learning and teaching. Around the office you can find her answering the phones and scheduling patients, maintaining the Subbio Plastic Surgery Instagram page, and lending her technical skills wherever needed. When not at work you can find her exploring her creative side through arts and crafts, and spending time with her favorite people—her two daughters, girlfriend, and their Norwegian Forest cat, Nox.

Jordyn VanderGast

Medical Assistant

Jordyn, also affectionately known as Jordy to the rest of the staff, is one of our wonderful medical assistants. Her warm-hearted nature and background in dermatology are some of the key factors for why she excels in this role. Jordyn loves the clinical side of being an MA and is always the first to volunteer to assist during an office procedure. Jordyn loves a good pair of crocs and lives for 5 AM gym sessions (yea, we can’t relate either). When she’s not at work, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and her adorable bernedoodle mix, Moose.

Nina Spano

Medical Assistant

Nina is one of the amazing medical assistants here at Subbio Plastic Surgery! She has an extensive background in dermatology which has helped fuel her successful transition to the plastic surgery world, which she is loving so far. Her favorite part about being a medical assistant is the long-lasting connection she creates with our patients. Nina graduated from Drexel University in 2019 with a B.S. in Health Sciences. In the future, she plans to further her education by getting her masters and then going medical school. When she is not caring for patients, you can find her relaxing at home with her two cats, Frankie and Yogi.

Samantha Scannapieco

Registered Nurse

Samantha graduated from Neumann University with a bachelor’s in nursing in 2019. Her many years in the medical field and experience as a surgical nurse make her perfect for this role. If you’re having a cosmetic procedure done with one of our talented surgeons, Sam will be a shoulder to lean on during the process. She teaches our patients everything they need to know for a successful recovery and guides them during the recovery process. Samantha is always up for a challenge and is eager to learn new things. She radiates positivity and will pass good vibes to anyone that crosses her path. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her friends and family, including her 3 adorable nieces and nephews. Sam rarely turns down a beach day and NEVER turns down a Dorito. Sam is most herself at the beach with someone she loves, laughing and listening to her favorite playlist.
