Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Sinehan Bayrak received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She subsequently matched into an otolaryngology and head and neck surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Here, she completed five years of specialty training focusing on surgeries for the head, face, and neck. During her residency, she was the recipient of multiple accolades including the Outstanding Resident Award for the University of Kansas Health System, the Excellence in Medical Student Teaching Award, the Debra Park Ph.D. Award for Resident Clinical Research, and the Jacquelyne Holdcraft, M.D. Award for Clinical Excellence.
After residency, Dr. Bayrak completed a highly-sought subspecialty fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. Edward Farrior, a world-renowned surgeon and past president of the American Academy for Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This advanced training gave her the knowledge and skills needed to master the finesse of procedures such as rhinoplasty and deep-plane face lifting.
With over six years of experience focused on the delicate anatomy of the head, face, and neck, she specializes in advanced surgical techniques dedicated to optimizing the aesthetics of facial features. In addition to her formal education and technical training, Dr. Bayrak has been an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, and The Triological Society. She has presented her research at numerous conferences hosted by these organizations.
While Dr. Bayrak’s prestigious training and impressive accomplishments speak for themselves, she considers her abilities to personally connect with patients and provide individualized treatments her biggest strengths. In addition to these, her attentiveness to detail and commitment to providing the best possible care put her a cut above the rest.
Like the Gemini that she is, Gail has had her hands in just about everything we do here. She’s played the role of Administrative Assistant, Licensed Aesthetician and Patient Care Coordinator, so it seemed only naturally fitting that her next role be Practice Manager. She’s a natural problem solver and loves finding ways to organize a messy space.
In her opinion her biggest accomplishments so far in her new role would be designing our new logo, hiring this rockstar staff, and being much funnier than Dr. Subbio.
Her love for Subbio Plastic Surgery runs deep and she is so happy for the opportunity to help our practice continue to grow and flourish.
Patient Care Coordinator
Chelsea is our patient care coordinator and has been alongside Dr. Subbio for the past 4 years. Her passion for caring for our patients started at the beginning of her career with us as Dr. Subbio's lead medical assistant. She has since managed to take that same passion and apply it throughout every step of our patients aesthetic journey. From consultation to post-op she makes sure to give her undivided attention and care. Her giant heart and fun loving nature allows her to create long lasting relationships with her patients. If you’ve ever met Chelsea, you know that she exudes enthusiasm as she guides patient’s to discovering greater self confidence and quality of life.
Content Marketing Coordinator
Staci is our Content Marketing Coordinator and considers herself the resident office technological problem solver. There is no question she will leave unanswered/unresearched and loves to learn new things. Staci graduated from West Chester University in 2008 with a B.S. in Elementary Education and has plans to return to school sometime in the near future. When not at work, you can find her involved in one of her two biggest passions: reading books and running.
Zoe has been in the aesthetic field since 2012 after graduating from Jean Madeline as a licensed Aesthetician. She started her career as a laser technician working with everything from Fractional to designing custom facials. Zoe's knowledge of the industry and her outgoing personality make her the perfect fit as our Scheduling Coordinator. She is the first friendly face you see to welcome you into our practice and she will go above and beyond to make sure your appointment is a wonderful experience from start to finish.
When she isn't in the office she's tending to her plants or exploring a public garden in the area.
Medical Assistant/Lash and Brow Technician
Jess is another wonderful addition to the Subbio family! She is a licensed esthetician and has been lashing for over a year now, with over three months of professional training. She graduated from Venus Beauty Academy in 2019, and was eager to learn more about the beauty industry. This year alone Jess has added a few more skills to her beauty arsenal. Not only can Jess provide you with long beautiful lash extensions, she offers lash tints and lifts, henna brow, brow tint and brow waxing. Jess loves the consultation stage where she gets to see her clients face on and envision the perfect brow for them.
When Jess isn't slaying lashes she is emersed in all things art and fashion. If you have any questions about clothing or styling, do not hesitate to ask for her advice.
With over 11 years of nursing experience, and her strong desire to help others, Christina was the perfect choice for us when bringing a Registered Nurse on our team. She will be the friendly face to help guide you and answer your questions both pre and post operatively.
When she's not educating and caring for our patients, you can find her at home knitting and spending time with her family.
