MOXI™ Prejuvenation by Sciton is a non-surgical approach to producing beautiful, glowing skin. MOXI revitalizes and refreshes your skin’s appearance by correcting any uneven pigmentation and improving its tone and texture. Using a non-ablative, fractionated laser energy, this treatment creates micro-coagulation zones that your body repairs and replaces the damaged cells with fresh new ones, creating tonal and textural improvements in your face with minimal downtime.
This “lunchtime” procedure can seamlessly blend into any hectic lifestyle to address some of the following skin conditions:
MOXI in Philadelphia has numerous benefits that our patients have discovered from their treatments, including:
MOXI is a very versatile treatment that can be performed on practically everyone, however, the best candidates for MOXI in Philadelphia are those with some of the following characteristics:
This treatment is a great way for patients of all skin types to combat the signs of aging year-round. Please keep in mind, that as with any laser treatment, patients with darker pigment may not see the same results as a patient with lighter pigment.
If you are interested in getting the MOXI treatment in Philadelphia, your first step is to contact Subbio Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa for a consultation. When you come into our boutique clinic, you will meet with either Dr. Subbio or a member of our Aesthetics team.
The goal of this appointment is to have all of your questions answered, discuss your appearance goals, and have your skin evaluated. We will also ask you a few medical questions during this time to help create your treatment plan. Our team is completely discreet and confidential so you are strongly encouraged to be open and honest as it helps prevent any unnecessary side effects during the treatment or your recovery.
Once your treatment plan is created and you agree with the plan, our Patient Coordinator will schedule your procedure and provide you with some instructions to follow that will help you achieve optimal results.
On the day of your MOXI treatment, you will begin with a topical numbing cream being applied to the area being treated. Your provider will take the handheld MOXI laser and move it across your skin. You may also be provided with some tinted protective eyewear to shield your eyes from the light of the laser.
You will experience a slight warming sensation which indicates the laser is working and creating micro-coagulation zones in your skin. This causes your body to naturally repair these zones and replace the damaged cells with healthy and vibrant skin.
Depending on the size of the treatment area or areas, this procedure will last anywhere between 30 – 90 minutes.
Since the procedure involves the use of dermal fillers and does not require any incisions or surgery, most patients experience minimal downtime.
You may notice some mild swelling or bruising at the injection sites, but these effects are usually temporary and should subside within a few days.
Unlike traditional Rhinoplasty, which may require weeks of healing, Liquid Rhinoplasty allows you to return to your daily activities almost immediately. You can resume work and regular social activities with confidence, as the results are instantly visible.
The cost of MOXI in Philadelphia is dependent on numerous factors, including the surface area being treated and how many sessions you will be getting. When you come in for your consultation and you settle on a treatment plan, our Patient Coordinator will be able to give you a price breakdown for your procedure.
